If you’re new to the Co-op (whether you’ve just started shopping or recently joined), this is the event for you. Co-op GM Matt Stanley will lead you through the aisles to learn about the cooperative model, and basics such as how to shop in bulk and where the shopping carts are located. Eating Health & Saving Money

There are many ways to save money on good food, such as shopping the sales, ordering cases, and shopping in bulk. Class participants each receive a $5 Co-op gift card too!
