Send an Email with your name, member number and new address or Download a Address Change Form and bring it to the Co-op or mail it to 1355 Exchange St. Suite 1 Astoria, OR 97103.
Leaving us? If you won’t be shopping here anymore the Co-op will buy back your shares. Fill out the Share Withdrawal Form and bring or mail to the store.
